What we collect, and why
Email alerts
If you subscribe, we store your email address, the list you joined, when you subscribed and confirmed, and a token for one-click unsubscribe. These are kept in our database (hosted by Supabase). The confirmation email is sent through Resend; the weekly alert is sent from hello@stupidllm.com through Zoho Mail. We record which incidents we have emailed you, so you never get the same one twice. Nothing is sent until you confirm. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we never sell or share the list.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, referrers and approximate location and device type. We use this to see which pages are read; we do not run ads.
The MCP server
Each call is logged with the tool name, the parameters as sent (including any search text), whether the database could answer, and the client name your software volunteers. No IP address or identity is stored. For rate limiting, an address is hashed on arrival, held in memory for about a minute and discarded. Call logs have no automatic expiry yet; ask and we will delete yours.
Inquiries
If you send an inquiry from the For teams page, we store what you typed (email, name, company, team size, message) in the same database, and a copy is emailed to hello@stupidllm.com. We use it only to reply and do not add you to any mailing list.
Reports and corrections
Incident reports opened on GitHub are public under GitHub’s terms. Emails to hello@stupidllm.com are read by the team and used only to answer you or correct a record.
Your data
